Cancellation and No Show Policy
At Ripple Effect Wellness, we value the time and well-being of all our clients. In order to provide the best service to everyone, we have implemented a fair and reasonable cancellation and no show policy. This policy is designed to ensure that all our clients have access to our services and to minimize any inconvenience caused by last-minute cancellations or missed appointments.
Cancellation Policy:
We kindly request that you notify us of any appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us enough time to offer your slot to another client who may be on our waiting list. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost.
No Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notification, it not only disrupts our schedule but also prevents other clients from accessing our services. Therefore, we implement a no show fee equivalent to the full appointment cost for any missed appointments without prior notice.
Exceptions:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of the situation. We will evaluate each instance individually and may waive the cancellation or no show fee under exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or sudden illness.
Booking Confirmation Policy:
To ensure accuracy and clarity, we send a booking confirmation via email or text message for every appointment made. Please review the details of your appointment and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies or if you need to make any changes. Failure to confirm or inform us of any necessary changes may result in your appointment being canceled to accommodate others on our waiting list.
Multiple Offenses:
Consistent late cancellations or no shows may result in a requirement to provide a credit card for future appointments or an inability to make future appointments with us. We reserve the right to charge the above-mentioned fees directly to the provided credit card in the event of repeated offenses.
